Imogen Phipps-Burton

Associate Lawyer

Imogen was born and raised in the HRM. She received an undergraduate degree in mathematics and a law degree from Dalhousie before being called to the bar of Nova Scotia in 2022. Imogen articled with the Halifax Regional Municipality, where she was exposed to a wide breadth of different areas ranging from commercial contracts, to criminal law and policing, to the law of expropriations, to human rights law and civil litigation.

Imogen joined Farrow Hicks Law in early 2023 where she has gained experience in property law, family law, and wills and estates. She is enthusiastic about continuing to learn and expand her practice in Upper Tantallon and the surrounding areas.

In addition to her work, Imogen enjoys hiking, playing soccer, medieval re-enactment, and volunteering in the community.
